Rates for Translations

Our rates for your translation depends on various factors such as difficulty of the text or delivery time. Therefore please understand that we cannot name any binding prices at this point. However, we will be pleased to make a quotation free of charge if you send us the text to be translated. Your data will of course be handled confidentially.

Rates for Interpreting

Please understand that we cannot name a lump sum for our interpreting services at this point. The wage of an interpreter largely depends on the duration of the interpreting services to be delivered, the form of interpreting and the topic of the event. Depending on the event and business line, there can be substantial differences.

Therefore please contact us. We will be pleased to submit an offer for your event. The following services will be included in our offer:

• The interpreter will inform and prepare him-/herself thoroughly on the content and terminology of the event. It is therefore essential that we receive as much information/documentation in advance of the event as possible. The interpreter will also conduct content research on the topic by him-/herself
• Interpreting services during the event
• Travel costs to and from the event venue
• Additional time buffers before and after the event

Additional costs may apply for:

• Additional travel
• Hotel stays
• Daily allowance
• Costs for copyright in case of recording
• Organization or consulting fees
